This blend is a grounded and earthy delight sure to bring you peace, comfort and sweet dreams. The two great sleep herbs, Chamomile & Lavender, work together to slow your anxiety and usher in peace. Rose is there to soften your heart, allowing you to let go of the days grudges. Valerian Root brings sleep to you sweetly and accentuates good dreams. Licorice Root adds a little sweet something to the taste that hits just at the back of your throat. Oatstraw adds a layer of utter relaxation, finally allowing you the sleep you crave. A great blend to aid in those restless nights.

Comes in a simple brown tea bag with a 1 measuring cups worth of tea. Number of servings depends on personal preference but shouldn't be larger than 1 tablespoon per cup. So the minimum amount of servings is 16.
